Built an end-to-end automation system that processes employee performance data and generates year-end review reports using AI and workflow automation. The system integrates Claude MCP, Google Workspace, n8n, [Make.com](http://make.com/), and Google Sheets — allowing HR and team leads to collect, analyze, and distribute performance summaries entirely through natural language.
Compiling year-end performance reviews manually was error-prone and time-intensive, often resulting in delayed feedback cycles, inconsistent evaluation formats, and bottlenecks for HR teams managing large workforces.
Designed a conversational AI-driven process that automatically:
1. Pulls employee performance data and self-assessments from Google Sheets and Google Drive.
2. Lets HR managers interact with the data in Claude MCP to generate, edit, and finalize performance summaries.
3. Uses natural language commands to trigger automated report delivery via n8n → Make.com → email or HR portal.
4. Logs all review activity in Google Sheets for audit trails and visibility.
